How do I clean up after using hand paints or markers?

* Wash hands, brushes, or surfaces with warm soapy water.

* Wipe surfaces with a damp cloth.

* For brushes, rinse them until the water runs clear, then lay them flat to dry.

* With permanent markers, use rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer to dissolve the ink on your hands, then wash with soap afterwards.

What is your return policy?

14 days exchange or refund policy
Our stores will be glad to refund or exchange any item purchased from them within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is returned unused, in its original packaging and is fit to be sold.
If the product has been used, it will still be exchanged or refunded if it was damaged, faulty or did not perform in line with the manufacturer’s specifications at the time of purchase, provided this happens within 14 days.
We do require proof of purchase of the item to provide a refund or exchange.
We trust that you understand that items that have been used extensively may not be considered for a refund or exchange

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

On receipt of the order, we ask that you give us 24hrs to process the order. On completetion of the order, we will use a courier service to have your package delivered. Depending on where you live, can determine the delivery time. Anything from 2 - 4 working day.

If the item you seek is out of stock, we will let you know, and this can affect the delivery time.
